Do you offer custom boxes or platters?
Yes! We can do veggie, fruit, gluten-free, nut-free or any other option you are looking for. Just give us a call and we'll make any box or platter your heart desires!
How long does my box or platter stay fresh?
We recommend enjoying your box or platter within 24 hours of delivery. If it will not be consumed within two hours of delivery, simply refrigerate.
Do you deliver or book events outside of the 25-mile delivery radius?
We absolutely do! We love our neighbors in Northern Colorado and will happily deliver and cater to those areas when a minimum order is met and an additional out-of-area fee is paid.
Is Gather & Graze licensed and insured?
We are fully licensed by the Weld County Health Department and insured. You can rest assured that we take all of the proper and necessary food preparation and storage safety measures as required by law. We operate out of a fully-license and insured commercial prep kitchen, never out of a home or unlicensed facility.
What is your cancellation policy?
Things happen, and we understand. If your plans change you can request a cancellation/refund up to 72 hours prior to your selected delivery or pickup time with a full-refund. Orders cancelled after the 72 hour window are subject to all charges.
For custom orders and grazing tables, your 20% deposit guarantees your date and will not be refunded after seven days. Once you have paid the remaining balance IN FULL we consider your event confirmed and will not be able to offer a refund. Once we have confirmed your event with a full payment we have blocked that date in our calendar for other events and will very likely turn other events down as a result. We give our very best to every exclusive event we book, and pride ourselves on being the premiere grazing company in Northern Colorado, so we never overbook.
